Domino's is an American restaurant chain and international franchise pizza delivery corporation headquartered at the Domino Farms Office Park campus in Ann Arbor Township, Michigan near Ann Arbor, Michigan. Founded in 1960, Domino's is the second-largest pizza chain in the United States after Pizza Hut with more than 9,700 delivery locations in about 65 countries. The chain includes almost 5,000 stores throughout The United States. The company owns and operates more than 390 locations in The United States, while the rest are franchised.
Domino's menu features diverse types of pizza with a vast array of topping choices as well as appetizers such as bread sticks, cheese bread, and chicken wings. Domino's stores are principally delivery locations and generally do not have dine-in seating. Domino's top 3 competitors are Papa John's, Little Caesars, and Pizza Hut.
In the 1980's, Domino's was well known for its advertisements featuring The Noid. That concept was created by Group 243 Inc. who then hired Will Vinton Studios to produce the television commercials that they created. The catchphrase associated with the commercials was "Avoid the Noid."
Domino's was sold to Bain Capital in 1998 and went public in 2004. In March, 2010, Domino's acquired J. Patrick Doyle as its new CEO. Previous chief executive David Brandon, made athletic director of the University of Michigan in January 2010, remains chairman. Among 11 executive vice presidents are Michael Lawton, CFO; Asi Sheikh, Team USA; Scott Hinshaw, Franchise Operations and Development; and Kenneth Rollin, General Counsel. Domino's operations are overseen by a board of directors led by Brandon. Other members of the board are Andrew Balson, Diana Cantor, Mark Nunnelly, Robert Rosenberg and Bud Hamilton.
The current Domino's menu features a variety of Italian-American entrees and side dishes. Pizza is the primary focus, with traditional, specialty and custom pizzas available in a variety of crust styles and toppings. In 2011, Domino's launched Artisan style pizzas that offer a base blend of rich flavors to complement chef inspired toppings. Additional entrees include pasta, bread bowls and oven-baked sandwiches. The menu offers chicken side dishes, bread-sticks, as well as beverages and desserts. Domino's serves Coca-Cola products, and as of January 2012 is the only "Big Four" pizza chain to do so. Papa John's and Little Caesars, and Pizza Hut only sell Pepsi products.

Gluten-Free Pizza has been reviewed by Seriouseats.com
. The review states, "Domino's
says it has a gluten content of less than 20 parts per million ("That's almost zero," they say in the video above.) It's made from water, rice starch, rice flour, potato starch, and olive oil.
Overall it's got a slightly gritty, very chewy texture. It's not tough-chewy, more elastic-chewy. Kind of springy. You'll notice this as you try to pull the slices apart. You know how stubborn dogs can be when they're determined to hold on to their chew toys? Like that. It has a slightly sweet flavor. Reminiscent of eating a thick, sweet Communion wafer. (Forgive me, Slice'rs, for I have sinned.) Though most people probably wouldn't notice the sweetness unless, like me, they've scraped off all the sauce and cheese.
It comes only in a 10-inch size. But unless there are multiple celiacs in your house, that should be fine. It's a good size for one person—or maybe two light eaters. I didn't think it was horrible. Apart from the chewier texture and sweeter flavor, it wasn't that different from the regular thin-crust pizza.".
Domino's Pan Pizza was reviewed by Ryan at Grubgrade.com. The review states that, "I preferred the Domino's Pan Pizza over the Pizza Hut version, but they are incredibly similar when all you’re talking about is the crust so my edge in cheese/sauce/toppings goes in favor to Domino's. It’s a nice deal at $7.99 for a medium 2-topping, but prepare to budget in a roll of paper towels.".
